Through the United Health Foundation, our people and partners come together to leverage their extraordinary talents to help us build healthier communities.
Our team members are driven to advance our mission to help people live healthier lives and help make the health system work better for everyone both now and in the future.
We are dedicated to making high-quality care affordable and accessible to everyone who needs it. We are making significant progress by focusing on consumer needs, collaborating across our business and the health system, and using technology to make health care simpler and easier to navigate.
Our UnitedHealth Group team members come to work every day to help people. And not just the people we meet through Optum Health, or the individuals who receive benefits through UnitedHealthcare, but all Americans who depend on our health system a health system that, today, is too expensive, too complex and too fragmented.
We are doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, engineers, finance experts, product managers, communicators and customer service specialists located across the country and around the world. No matter our business affiliation Optum or UnitedHealthcare or where we reside, we are all working to improve the health system. Collaboration makes it possible.
UnitedHealth Group has the data and analytic capabilities to help make care more precise, more effective and more equitable. Our technology allows us to take the noise out of an overly complicated system and seamlessly connect patients and providers to the information they need and to each other.
